  • They require minimal tooth reduction (just 0.06mm) and are adaptable to various margin types, including chamfer, shoulder, or feather-edge.
  • These crowns are monolithic, meaning they're made from a single piece of ceramic, ensuring no white spots during adjustments and enhanced translucency, similar to natural teeth.
  • Their built-in shade and natural fluorescence mimic the appearance of real teeth.
  • Designed for durability, they are resistant to chipping and don't need a porcelain overlay.
  • The surface is hand pumiced and polished, reducing wear on opposing teeth and preventing plaque build-up.
  • PRO-Craft's custom natural anatomical library, exclusive to PRO-Craft Dental Laboratory, ensures each crown has the unique morphology of natural teeth rather than typical dental crowns.

Indication

  • Anterior and posterior crowns, inlays and onlays.
  • Anterior and premolar bridges with one pontic.
  • More conservative preparation than IPS e.max® 0.8 mm required, 1 mm is ideal.

Cementation

  • Resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement.
  • For short or over-tapered preparations, use a resin cement such as RelyX™ Unicem (3M ESPE) or Panavia™.
  • ALL Z Plus Zirconia crowns can be bonded using adhesive systems with dual cure resins (RelyX Unicem, 3M ESPE; Panavia F2.0, Kuraray.
  • We recommend Z-PRIME from BISCO to prepare the inside of the crown for adhesive dentistry), or cemented using low expansion cements, like resin-modified glass ionomers, (RelyX Luting Cement, 3M ESPE; GCFuji Plus, GC America).

Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. PRO-Craft Dental Laboratory (“the lab”) warrants that all dental devices (a “device”) are made according to your specification and approval in the belief that the device will be useful and MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Subject to the return of a device that is placed and then fails, the lab will repair or replace the device without charge for the cost of materials and workmanship or refund the original price paid, at the lab’s option, for the life of the patient originally receiving the restoration from the date of placement. This limited lifetime performance warranty shall apply to direct end-user customers (treating clinicians) only.

  • 1.0 mm ideal reduction (0.8 mm minimum)
  • Chamfer or shoulder margins preferred. Feather-edge OK
  • Axial walls must be convergent (avoid undercuts)
  • Preparation should be cut in three planes
  • To achieve optimal impression quality, gingival retraction is necessary for preparations with subgingival or equigingival margins
