With PRO-Craft's full denture laboratory services, your patient has reliable choices. We offer both in-house and premium teeth for your patient and offer custom staining and gingival blanching upon request. We ensure no detail goes overlooked so patients receive only the highest quality complete denture. 

Every step of our process is in place to craft the most functional, most lifelike full dentures. Our premium denture appliances are made from Lucitone 199 acrylic, the most well-known and long respected acrylic material on the market. To craft the best denture from this material, we do the following:

  • Utilize our Horizontal Average Plane Guide to accurately mount each cast
  • Use lingualized occlusion for our standard full dentures
  • Utilize reliable mechanical verification of balanced occlusion with the Stratos articulation system
  • Use tissue models (duplicate master casts) to ensure the accuracy of the denture borders
  • Leverage high pressure processing to provide a perfect fit and eliminate errors and porosity (See Photo)

  • Our premium dentures are completed with Vita quality in house teeth and have other options for premium teeth available, rounding out the appearance and strength of the denture.

Indication

Full dentures are used for patients who have a full arch of missing teeth and patients who do not have dental implants and have no plan to receive them.

LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. PRO-Craft Dental Laboratory warrants that all dental devices (a “device”) are made according to your specification and approval in the trust that the device will be useful and MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Subject to the return of a device that is placed and then fails, PRO-Craft Dental Laboratory will repair or replace the device without charge for the cost of materials and workmanship or refund the original price paid, at the PRO-Craft Dental Laboratory’s option, for up to 1 year for dentures and 30 days for immediate for immediate dentures.

Pro-Craft is a great lab! 99% of the time I hardly have to adjust their crowns and everything goes perfectly. I would recommend them if you are looking for consistency in beautiful zirconia and implants!
