Dylan Schubert began his journey at PRO-Craft at just 15, hand waxing full crowns. His passion for the dental lab industry grew as he worked his way up, eventually leading the Model and Die department, where he played a key role in developing PRO-Craft's Digi Deck technology.

From Hands-On Craft to Digital Leadership

Dylan's dedication and expertise have seen him evolve into the team leader of PRO-Craft's digital department. Today, he oversees the CAD/CAM milling workflow, 3Shape design software, and a lineup of advanced 3D digital printers. His leadership extends to training his team of technicians and recently spearheading the rollout of PRO-Craft's PVS impression scanning systems—one of the lab’s most significant technical advancements.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dylan’s fascination with the dental lab’s “magical” atmosphere stems from his childhood, spending countless hours alongside his father in the lab. This early exposure ignited a lifelong commitment to innovation, ensuring PRO-Craft's clients remain at the forefront of dental technology.

Dylan’s Life Beyond the Lab

Outside the lab, Dylan enjoys outdoor adventures, camping with his wife and daughter, and off-roading in his truck to explore remote areas. He is also actively involved in his church, where he and his wife work closely with the youth.
